HRS

This 2-Credit course in Ireland will help students build inter-disciplinary clinical and research insights while addressing issues in health, disability, rehabilitation and related fields. Learning will be facilitated through presentations, group project work, site visits, activities, group discussions and report writing. Students will be expected to participate in two or three pre-departure sessions (late fall and early spring) and contribute to the preparation of group presentations on selected topics. During the program, students will be expected to participate in all learning activities scheduled across the week, demonstrating intellectual curiosity and a high level of professionalism. A final individual presentation and accompanying paper based on a topic of choice selected during the program will be due 2-3 weeks after return to the US.
