Kevin Cecil is a University of Pittsburgh alumnus. Cecil is a member of the disability community. The Kevin Cecil Study Abroad Scholarship aims to empower persons with disabilities to go abroad and offset the cost. The scholarship committee hopes that the recipient of the scholarship will increase their knowledge, skills, and awareness around disability in an inclusive education experience.
