Dr. Patricia Brougham is a Smethport native who relocated back to the region after having spent more than 20 years in north central West Virginia, where she worked in the juvenile justice arena. Before coming to Pitt-Bradford, she was the director of treatment and programs for a secure-care facility for adjudicated juveniles age 12-21. She has also run an intensive outpatient program for adolescents with substance abuse and addiction issues and worked in various residential programs for juveniles.
