Each Study Abroad Program has a slightly different application process and requirements. Most applications can be found in the brochure or on the provider's website. Our Interns, Volunteers and Resource Area Manager are available 9:30am - 5:00pm to assist you with program selection and obtaining the necessary application. Once you have it, it is up to you to complete and return it to us by the appropriate deadline.

Meeting Your Application Deadline:

The Study Abroad Office has its own internal application deadlines (listed below) which you must follow rather than those listed by your program. The Study Abroad Office deadlines below are actually earlier than those that you will find in program materials. This ensures that you have enough time to get accepted and complete the remainder of the Study Abroad Process including the Study Abroad Contract. Please visit the Study Abroad Contract, Health, Safety and Security Page for an in-depth discussion of this crucial document. Meeting our deadline will also allow enough time for you to get accepted and apply for a visa if necessary. For a discussion of the visa, please visit the Visa Help Page.

Should you miss our internal application deadline, you must still submit your application to your Study Abroad Advisor. Your advisor will process the application and leave it at the Front Desk for you to pick up within 3 business days from the time you dropped it off.
