Attend Mandatory Pre-Departure Meeting
After acceptance to a program you must schedule and attend a Pre-Departure Meeting. The purpose of the Pre-Departure Meeting is to provide and explain two critical documents: the Study Abroad Agreement and the Course Approval and Registration Form. Further, the health, safety, and security portion of the Pre-Departure Meeting outlines the risks of international travel and ways to successfully mitigate those risks.
To schedule a Pre-Departure Meeting you must submit a non-returnable copy of your acceptance letter. Please follow the instructions below to determine what Pre-Departure Meeting you should attend.
