General Appointments

For general questions and program selection assistance, you are welcome to visit the study abroad office from 9:30am - 5:00pm Monday- Friday to ask questions and explore options. If you have questions about a particular study abroad program, you may wish to speak with the advisor for that program.   

Panther Programs:  By appointment and open walk in hours Mon - Fri, 12:00pm-4:00pm.

Pitt-Recognized & Exchange Programs:  By appointment and open walk in hours Mon, Wed, Thurs, 1:00-4:00

CBA Students Study Abroad:  By appointment.  Located in the Student Success Center of Sennott Square

Engineering International Office:  By appointment.  Located at 152 E Benedum Hall

Bradford Regional Campus Study Abroad Office:  By appointment. 

Greensburg Regional Study Abroad Office: By appointment. 

Johnstown Regional Campus Study Abroad: By appointment.  

Titusville Regional Campus Study Abroad Office  By appointment. 


Specific Meeting Appointments

Please see the appropriate link in the left tool bar to schedule specific meetings on the main campus such as Basics, Essentials, Pre-Departure Meetings, Arts & Sciences Advising Meetings and Orientations.  Regional campus students should contact the study abroad office on their campus to schedule appointments.
