If you have not yet completed a Data Page, but have already attended Essentials, please complete one and return it to our office.

Arts and Science and Engineering Students: Dean's Approval Form - Final Term Abroad - Mandatory for ALL students planning to study abroad during their final semester. Dean's Approval Form - QPA Requirement - Mandatory for ALL students whose QPA is below a 2.75 and are planning to study abroad (2.5 for Engineering students) For CBA Students: Dean's Approval Form - Final Term Abroad - Mandatory for ALL students planning to study abroad during their final semester.
